Tibetan crushed pepper chilli. Grown and manufactured in border land of Tibet at Assam Tibetan colony. For a mild chilli eater it will last for months, for spicey eaters please be careful! For the best result, pour into a glass jar with olive oil covering the chilli above 2 inches and add some salt.
