Trouble-shooting:
I can't find my unique discount code
Your unique code is contained in a letter of appreciation that all active members have received or will receive upon joining/renewing membership. This is a PDF file. For all classes and recordings, use the code for events, not the code for products.

How do I log in to Tibet Outlet?
Use the login (person) icon at the top right of your screen to create an account and login. Then the store can recognise you as a returning customer and save you entering all of your details again.

I've used my phone to purchase a ticket but the download link doesn't work.
The download link will also be sent to you by email - try this. 

The zoom link on my ticket doesn't work. How do I join the meeting?
You can join the meeting manually using the meeting ID and passcode provided on the ticket.

How do I join the meeting using the meeting ID and passcode? 
Open the zoom application on your device, or if you don't have it go to https://zoom.us/. Click on Join a meeting and enter the meeting ID and passcode when prompted.

My ticket does not contain the meeting ID and passcode or zoom link. How do I join?
Onsite tickets don't contain the online meeting information. If you have purchased this by mistake, please let us know as soon as possible so the seat can be made available for someone to attend Nalandra. You can purchase an online ticket which contains the meeting information, and request a refund for the onsite ticket. 

General Registration Questions:
Will I have to register each week for an onsite ticket to classes?
Yes. A limit of 10 seats at Nalandra are available and you will need to register for a seat each week. If you have registered for the term, you will automatically receive the link for an online ticket each week. You can then use the code in the ticket to register for an onsite ticket if you'd like to come to Nalandra.

If I want to register for term 4 part way through the term, do I pay for the whole term? 
Mandala Members can contact us to receive a once-off discount code so you pay for the number of sessions that are left in the term.

If I register for the term and I can't come one week will I get a credit?
No, your payment is considered a donation toward Nalandra's future. You may download a recording of the session.

If a session is cancelled will I get a credit?
Yes, you will receive a gift card to the value of your ticket to spend in the Tibet Outlet on any event or product of your choice.
