Mahakala Puja 2021 Preparation

Welcome to another big Bodhisattva day of bringing peace, love & ultimate happiness.

Details for preparation are as follows:

Sunday 26 December 3pm @ Serkhang & Christmas Hills venue. 

• Transport of Mahakala and prep boxes
• Anyone who can come to Serkhang to pack cushions & tables, or go straight to the venue for vacuuming and dusting before Mahakala enters the room. 

            

Monday 27 December 1pm @ Christmas Hills venue 

• Torma / decors/ settings inside,  kitchen, bathrooms, bins outside and entire area. 
• Sound equipments set up 

 

* The rest is included in the list of responsibilities and curriculum of the 3 days.

* Please advise of anything that needs to be amended or reflected from previous  events.

Gyaling:- Paris, Pauline, MM. 

Dungchen:- David, Jack, Rikki.

Kangling:- David + eventually RikStar

Drum:- Evelin M., Heather M., Zr 

Vajra & bell:- all 

Books sale:- MM, Jinpa , Evelin M

First Aid:- Jinpa B. 

 

Kitchen chef :- Suat

Permanent Kitchen Co pilot:- Sonja (with changing shifts)
